Monday - Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
2. Weather:
Winter: 40° in the morning to high 70° during the day
Summer: 70° in the morning to mid 90° during the day
3. What to Bring:
Camera, Flashlight, Raingear, Camo, Ice Chest, Comfortable Boots and
Mosquito Repellent. Ice is provided for your harvest.
4. Accommodations:
We have a Motel on site consisting of 5 motel rooms and 4 apartments
Rates are:
$69.00 a night for the motel room
$100.00 a night for the apartment
These prices are based on two people - $5.00 Extra person
5. Firearms and Ammo:
For Boar - Rifle use 243 Cal or Larger
Pistol 357 or Larger
Shotguns with Slugs (No Buckshot)
6. Average Hog Size:
100 - 140 lbs
200 - 300 lbs are taken regularly throughout the season
7. Hunting Hours:
Boar 5:30 AM to Dusk
Deer, With the most active periods beginning early morning and evenings
8. Stand Hunting:
Our stands are located on feeders and are set up to accommodate bow,
pistol and gun hunters. Distances are 20 yards to 120 yards from feeders.
9. Dog Hunting:
One of the most exciting hunts you will ever experience, to hear our dogs bay
a big ol’ boar and you going face to face with one of the Toughest Animals on the
face of the earth.
10. Archery:
Compound and Recurves
All Archery hunting is done from ground blinds or tree stands
11. Airport
Fort Myers, Fl about 1 ½ hours
West Palm Beach about 1 ¾ hours
Fort Lauderdale about 1 ¾ hours
